When I started collecting I was obsessed with screw down as I had a (false?) sense that they were better. Now that my collection has grown and I’ve matured and added many push pull crowns I really favor their convenience. This is particularly true since I rotate watches and don’t wear a single screw down crown watch anymore. In fact, if I’m considering a watch now and see that it screw down, I pause now, unless it’s a diver. Wondering if anyone feels the same. Is this a sign of maturity or a…
