I recently got a new to me Omega pocket watch. Case serial number is 5817917, and the movement has serial number 5064877. Lookups of the serial numbers appear to indicate 1916 as the year of manufacture. It winds up relatively effortlessly, and runs with the soft tick-tock of a mechanical movement.
The outer case has some dings and scratches, but it appears to my (very much untrained) eye to be in decent condition overall – particularly for a watch that is almost 110 years old.
