Hey guys, this is a nice 6309 with a functional ceramic 12 hr dial for multiple timezones. Good bezel action, screw down crown is great, crystal times double domed Sapphire with blue AR. Only thing to point out. Dial can move 1mm. Needs an adhesive tack or two applied to underside of dial. (if you've never modded a seiko the adhesive tabs can dry out over time, on 6309s they use these because the dials have feet for a 7s26 (skx) that are clipped off to use with 6309s.
