I just received my first 1st-series 62mas, a.k.a. reference 6217-8000, so I thought I'd make a short thread to mention the variations. The 6217-8000 was made only briefly in April-May 1965 and is most easily recognized by the small crown. The dolphin case-back is in very shallow relief that often wears badly.
