34mm Rolex – 14233 or a 1005? And question about crystal

I got an offer for a watch, but I don't know if it's a 14233 or a 1500? The seller doesn't have any information either. Need help from the community of the forum.

Is it an original crystal? Too domed? Or it's okey?
