Overall used but nice condition, diffuse scratches here and there; see video and pics for detail. There is a scuff on the bezel at around 5 o’clock, but its barely visible unless you’re looking for it, looking great for a near 20 year old watch.
It runs well, I don’t have a timegrapher but it’s never been more than +4 spd on the wrist.

A really lovely little dress watch from Golden age Seiko. The textured dial has to be seen in person to be appreciated, it has a way of catching light that is far more dynamic than most of Seikos dials from the period, I believe it’s the same star light pattern used on the coveted Grand Seiko 6145-8030.
