Overcoming “Vintage FOMO”

This is a vintage ladies Paul Breguette watch that I’m seeking a little more info on like approximate date, materials used, model number, so I might get a better idea of it’s history and perhaps value.

Vintage Paul Breguette Ladies Watch

I’ve taken a punt on a cheap Bulova A-11. I don’t have it in hand and only have the pictures from the seller.

Can anyone help with interpreting the caseback markings? When it was made or issued etc? I’ve looked around a little, but there seem to be various formats and I’m not seeing an obvious answer. I’m not familiar with these watches at all.

I have this vintage Caravelle I bought last week at a local flee market for $15 and bought a brand new band at kmart for $8.00.
