Vintage quartz

Now that quartz watches have been around for over 40 years shouldn’t they also be classed as vintage?

I just finnished cleaning up this beautiful Certina watch and I love it to bits but I have put it up for sale as I don’t see me as a collector, but I ‘m having regrets for it’s just special.

Thank you for accepting me.
I’m looking for information on a watch that’s been in my collection for at least 40 years, and still worn regularly.
When I first brought it nobody had ever heard of the make and its only recently that I’ve found very limited information about the maker, Presses H Raskin Angleur on the dial face.

Movement ID

I recently acquired a trench style watch. I love the style and feel of it so I had it serviced. The watchmaker informed me that the setting lever was worn and he had no access to parts. I’m trying to identify the movement. I have found pictures a Marconi Lever (attached) that look the same, but it also is very near an A.Michel caliber 220. I believe the movement is 13ligne, but I don’t have an accurate measurement. There is no other markings other than those visible in the photos. Any…
