Hi all.
This is a weird one, my -68 just came back from a service and I noticed a black dot on the 10 o'clock lume. It is barely noticeable on the wrist.
Is this a mold spot? Anyone seen this type of patina?

There is one more FS I believe on Chrono24 albeit with wrong hands, but this one does appear to be coherent example with even the Omega symbol in the center of the crystal. Just that I have not seen much of the “Seamaster” text appearing on the 2451 reference, much less on a “-2”, than say on a “-11” where it could be more…
So I absolutely love watches that come in unique materials. Tungsten is one of my favorites. I’ve recently been introduced to the various versions of “Anakin” watches by Omega. The “Baby Anakin” (reference 166.078) is my favorite variant.
So the issue…
I am working on a 166.092 that had some issues and hoping to get some help on identifying the correct parts for this reference.
The cannon pinion, hour wheel and sweep seconds pinion were all too short with the tall indices of the dial and I am trying to figure out which are the proper height. The hands had been bent upwards to avoid the indices and each other. Quite a mess.
It appears the 1002 has 3 options for heights on these parts. My first guess is that this Ref is spec’ed…
