Today I was inspecting a house for the C of O, Certificate of Occupancy. I grabbed the small step ladder and reached up to push the button to activate the smoke alarms. While reaching, my arm stretches beyond my cuff and I get a great shot of my Seiko 5. This has been a great watch, I did have it regulated after a year, and it keeps great time. It’s 5/2/25 or in US terms 2/5/25, I have today received a SNJ033 p1 , I have read the manual but have a question that I can’t find an answer to and it’s this.
Do you have to screw down all the buttons on the watch as if I was going to dive , just to have a shower ?

I am never going to dive but obviously I am going to shower , I am disabled , I just love the design of the watch which is why I bought it.
Any and all advice would be welcome, thank you.
