So, I thought I’d start a thread dedicated solely to Limited Edition Watches from All Brands.

What have you got to showcase?

I recently acquired a Certina DS Action diver 43. I was looking for a black dial diver in a classic style. I know Hodinkee just started distribution of Certina in US. I bought this one on fleabay.

I’m really impressed with the quality for 800 USD. I searched the forum and very little popped up for Certina. Clearly it is more obscure than its siblings in the Swatch family, Tissot and Hamilton.

Post your favourite Chronographs with Moonphase function that are not crazy big or thick. I’m talking 42mm or less in case size and less than 14mm thick.
My personal favourite is probably Breitling Datora but it’s 15.3mm thick at 42mm case (50mm lug to lug) so it’s a bit of a brick.

I wanna see your moonphases! Bonus points if your moonphase is in a weird spot on the dial, or if your moon has a face. I’ll got first:

I am a devotee of the dress watch. Don’t get me wrong, I can appreciate all types of watches, but there’s something special about the elegant simplicity of the dress watch (I would say “timeless,” but that’s not a good descriptor for a watch). It’s the archetype that most speaks to me. They are available at all prices, and look good with all sorts of attire.
