US import duties and exemptions

I’m not trying to start a political debate. I just want the facts of what is happening right now. Lots of confusing changes going on and it’s hard to decipher what is correct and how it applies to buying watches from overseas.

As I understand it, the $800 de minimis exemption on imports is no longer in effect. Is that just on imports from China/HK, or does that apply across the board (EU, JP, CH)? Or did that also get put on hold yesterday?

Which dial color, help me decide

Champagne or silver (looks white in the photo)?

I wear jeans and button down shirt most times with dressy brown shoes.

I think both work with with my skin tone.

I like the champagne color a little bit more, but I’m afraid that once I get it, I’ll like it for a month and never wear it again.
