Vintage 1943 Fab Suisse Omega CK 2338 30T2 with two tone radial dial

I had listed this one a few years ago – and then quickly withdrew it having had a change of heart. Now however, I have made the difficult decision to offer you guys this absolutely stunning Omega.

It was two tone dials like this one that first attracted me to 30T2s, and this dial is one of the most clean examples in my collection. I now have 2 or 3 that are very similar and so this one has become a little redundant. So it’s now time for it to fly the nest so to speak.

For sale is a 1967 ref 6217-8001 (aka 62mas), which was Seiko’s first real dive watch. Much has been written about this watch on the internet, and Seiko has released several reissues in recent years. This is the original. It has an automatic movement (not hand-winding) and the watch is approximately 38mm in diameter.
