H everyone,
I'm completely new to the world of vintage watches but have recently caught the bug and I'm trying to learn. I've tried searching the forums for this specific issue but couldn't find anything, so my apologies if this has been covered before.

Orient just announced a new model under the Contemporary line called "Stretto". They're presenting a few time and date references, some solar references, and limited editions of "day and night" (aka sun and moon) and open heart. As with recent releases, the limited editions are under the 75th anniversary title and feature the brand's cursive logo.

Orient have released some "Sport Land" models that I stumbled upon yesterday:

A very classic field watch dial with quite substantial hands.
100m water resistant
41h power reserve with their own YN6 movement.

Sizewise it looks like:

Width: 41mm
height: 11.5mm
l2l: 47.6mm
Sapphire crystal

Hi All,

I have a crown question regarding an Orient Bambino Version 2 Small Seconds, 38.4mm, Watch (RA-AP0105Y30B) that I recently purchased.

To summarize, when winding the watch and rotating the crown towards me it feels buttery smooth. However, when rotating the crown away from me I feel and ever so slightly hear some resistance.
