Hydroconquest

Purchased this 43mmm Hydroconquest and as I always do with new watches I wore it for 72 consecutive hours ( including showers! :oops: ) at which time it was at +22 seconds fast or a little over +7 per day. This is good for a non-COSC movement, IMO.
Rubber strap is comfortable with a nice size clasp, it’s one of those cut-to-fit straps but I took my time and got a proper fit with the clasp nicely centered.
Not really a fan of the two-tone look but this one is done nicely and the gold…

Am I the Only One,

who has OCD?

Usually starts with a watch strap, then I must get a matching belt, then comes the shoes.

This isn’t really a Longines post but just so happens my 37mm Spirit was part of the crowd. I know the shiny brass does not match the SS case, and I struggled with that fact, but was able to overcome. Of course none of the leather finishes match perfectly but it will suffice.

Longines 1937 ? Your opinion

Just arrived on this forum :). I’m French, so I apologize for my mistakes :confused:.
2 years ago I started opening , disassembling and trying to reassemble mechanical watches. I broke quite a lot of them in the beginning :eek: but it’s far better now.
Usually I work on ordinary watches, but I got recently a watch which looks like a Longines. There is no indication on the dial but the movement looks really like a genuine 25.17 caliber. I sent an email to Longines and they answered…
