Problems with ultra-thin watches?

I am thinking to buy a Bulgari Octo Finissimo (Ref. 103464) – 6.4mm thick and/or a Piaget Altiplano (Ref. G0A35131) – 5.25mm thick.

Any idea if they both are reliable and keep time accurately (more than +/- 10s/day is not accurate in my view)…?

I heard people complaining ultra thin watches must be serviced more frequently, don’t keep time accurately and so on.

So, I would like to hear your personal experiences with these two watches, bad or good.

Do you advise me to buy one, both or…

Looking for a green GADA watch

Hi All,

Putting this out there as I’ve been looking for a green GADA watch in the high end space and not finding too many options. Something I can wear out hiking, swimming, etc…

Looking for:

1. 41-45 mm (perfect would be 42 mm) case
2. 100+ meters for water resistance. (OK for pool or snorkeling)
3. Green face and bezel
4. Rugged movement (OK with a few bumps)
5. Around 20K US budget max (though please dump all ideas here)
