Raven Trekker diameter question

Although the new Raven trekker with a DLC Bezel and crown is not a true diving watch, it falls somewhat in that category….

I wanted to reach out to any owners to find out if the diameter is actually 39 mm or more like 40 mm which would include the Be…

Steeldive 25000 meters SD1982

Hi to everybody!
First post in this sub-forum, so happy to chime in and say hi.

Just bought this strange “thing” and I have to say I was quite surprised by the quality even if it’s a cheap Chinese micro brand.

Metal and finishing looks good and movement is a decent NH35 which runs an acceptable+8spd.

I know it’s not the best looking watch obviously but interesting nevertheless.

Happy dive watches collection everybody!

The diver you hated, then grew to love

I recently picked up a watch that I’ve wanted and tried to buy for quite a while, a bronze Armida A1, specifically with the minimalist bezel. I believe there were only two made in this variant. As I waited to take delivery, I thought back on what I thought of the model when it first came out. To put it kindly, I didn’t like it. I just didn’t get it. Seiko SRP777 vs Ocean Crawler Core size and quality

I posted in Public Forum, but thought I’d post here too since it’s a diver question:
Anyone have first hand experience with both? Do they “wear” the same or is one wear larger or taller than the other? I only have 7″ wrists so the size of each is pushing the limits. Any feedback and/or photos appreciated!

How is quality or movement, fit and finish between the two?

And btw, I’m in a town where neither are easily found to go see for myself. :(

Dial design origin?

Here are three 1960s skindiver watches. They are all different brands but have the same dial design. Do you know the origin of this dial design, and which brand was the first to use it?

FLEUX-FLX003 – the skin diver for the coming summer

It’s still a long time until next summer, but it’s already very comfortable to have found the right watch for it.
I also really liked the first two watches from Fleux Watches in Canada, but this one is my favorite.
The inspirations for this watch are well known and the manufacturer says so on its homepage.
I really like the Broad Arrow hands and the Big Triangle.

It looks like summer, even though it was very cold
