My citizen Chronomaster is off by twelve hours. I have tried to fix it both by moving the hour hand and by moving the second hand. Neither worked. Does anyone know how to fix it? Help. Mike

Got this recently……was a bit apprehensive about the beefy dimensions and weight but it is a very comfortable watch to wear due to the 28mm lug width.
