Wolf winder quality these days?

I have this single winder module 1.5 purchased in year 2010 and has been using it since and it it still working except the knob are abit loose now. I think the material itself are real leather because after all these years. The leather still looks good without peeling.

Intending to buy another wolf cub 1.8 winder. I’ve checked and it seems like the newer model is using faux leather and seems to peel off after sometime? Anyone has experience on the wolf…

Accessories and Tools that are necessary?

Hello all! I’m curious as someone relatively new to the hobby what accessories folks actually recommend or find they use. I do want to change bands/bracelets on my watches, but probably lack the confidence to do much more (like trying to open the backs of the watches etc).

I have the bergeon spring bar tool (been very helpful already).
