I’m considering pulling the trigger on a vintage RO.

The bracelet looks pretty good, but I’m paranoid of it stretching over time, and a quick google search says that the stretch can’t be fixed?

Am I being paranoid?

I really need to sell this and the 14790ST white I have and get an AP I will wear. Just no clue what… I’d like a Jumbo but these two aren’t going to fund a jumbo LOL. Id like a Chrono but don’t want screw down pushers so that will likely be more than these two would bring in

I know 36 works on me but to me it really just looks and feels too small.

Recently, I was fortunate to purchase a 15510ST from the boutique without having to jump through hoops of other watches that were less desirable to me. I’m curious on the opinion of the superiority of the 16202ST versus the 15510ST. I don’t think I’m going to purchase lots of watches through AP in order to get this watch. I’ve been considering trading the current Royal Oak towards a jumbo however it would probably cost me an additional $25,000 on the secondary market? Is it worth it? I might be a one and done AP kind of guy and focus my collection on Patek and Rolex. That being said, I absolutely adore the Royal Oak, but probably only need/want one of them.

Recently sent my 5402 to LAWW for service and a polish. Received these before/after pics today and thought they look outstanding. Should get the watch back early next week so will post additional shots.

I have recently been asking about a couple of models vs each other, trying to figure out what I would like to do for my next purchase, so if I am annoying with my questions, I apologize in advance!

I already have a 15300or, on leather, so looking for something a bit sportier to wear on and off with the 15300or. I contemplated the 15202 or 26240, came to the conclusion the 15202 would be a bit too dressy, and around same price as 26240.

Sizing is important to me, with just under a 6.5" wrist I am coming to believe the 26240 might not be it for me. I do not live near an AD, so not easy to go and try one on. However I do love chronographs, and definitely considered the 26315 but can’t find one with the white dial (sorry, just don’t love the grey) and the 26715 blue dial is equally hard to find even with the grey upcharge.

So naturally I think my next option is the 26331st, blue or panda. Pricing came down on the grey market (thankfully!) and to my knowledge they are pretty reliable with the Piguet movement.

That being said, would I be making a mistake by overlooking the 26240? I found one at a very fair price, but still the 26331 is cheaper and to my eyes the contrasting dials are a bit more pleasing. I am just curious if the 26331 wears smaller, and if it is worth pursuing.

If anyone has both, and can compare I would be extremely grateful. :cheers:
