I recently purchased an Omega Teutonic chronograph with a moonphase, and I think it’s an absolutely stunning watch. I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me with sizing the bracelet. Ideally, I’d appreciate a step-by-step guide.

It looks like there are spring bars in the links near the clasp that need to be pressed down to release the links—but I’m hesitant to proceed without proper guidance, as I don’t want to risk bending or damaging anything.

For sale is my stainless steel Lemania Elvström Regatta Timer with blue dial on a Canvas-strap.

The condition of the watch is good, the watch works well and keeps the time. The service history is unknown.
It's a big watch but wears great. The size is 43 mm in diameter (without crown and crownguards) and 15 mm in height.

The blue dial is beautiful, the regatta-disc has a few barely noticeable marks (scratches or dirt, not sure, see pictures)
