There’s no shortage of conversations about tariffs impacting watch prices, though I hadn’t considered secondary markets until today.

When the warm weather hits, I like to stock up on a few inexpensive rubber straps in various colors for rough and/or casual use in the summer. My go-to merchant for these straps is Aliexpress, which I prefer over Amazon and Temu. Meraud Watches – Buyer beware? Unsure what to do

The facts:
I have a Meraud Antigua, and I’ll start by saying I love this watch, it’s absolutely stunning. It was announced about a year ago, but shipped ~6 months ago in the fall. It has a 2-year warranty.
