I know this will be a crapshoot, but I thought I would try (with all the eagle-eyed folks here).
This is a close-up of my late father's watch from 1977 (date of the photo) - trying to figure this one out and pick one up if we can identify it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

My grandfather's Gruen is the watch that set my love of watches into motion (he left for me when he passed - I was 5), but to have this model watch that my father wore would be icing on the heritage cake.
