I bought this watch in December 2024, and it arrived quickly. The finishing was impressive, though the bracelet felt slightly sharp. In March 2025, the chronograph's seconds hand detached. Watchdives provided a refund and sent a replacement hand, but the issue persisted. They then sent a new watch head at no cost. Overall, their customer support was responsive and helpful.
