I'm setting up a watch for my son's college graduation present and just had the caseback engraved. Picked it up this week and they screwed up the engraving. So I'm franticly looking around to try to find a genuine replacement with this number on it - 4R3604Y0. Any thoughts on where to look for parts like this? Looking for Seiko Turtle Caseback - SRP777

I have a SPB143 that just recently started dropping a lot of time (anywhere from 15 minutes to multiple hours a day). I've babied the watch for the last year since I bought it used (never dropped, super protective of it, etc...) It's been great up until about a month ago. It's past its warranty so can't send it in to Seiko to be covered. So, I'm wondering if anyone can give me good places near Boston to take it in for repair.
