Anyone have any ideas about an accurate digital watch that stays illuminated constantly without having to press a button or make a movement etc. Need it for night driving without having to move my hands, and need it second accurate. Cannot seem to find anything that doesn’t require a button, or isnt a feeble analogue diving type. Needs to be easy to read in dark conditions hand free
