The crown broke off the stem of my Triton today. I've owned dozens of watches and never had this problem before. I was not rough with the watch.
I'm in Australia and there's no service centre listed, also no contact options on the official website.
Does anyone have any suggestions regarding getting a replacement part?

Massively unimpressed. I've bought several Orient watches, but won't bother with buying from the brand again
