I really had no “need” for this watch. It didn’t fill any particular niche in my collection, and I don’t even travel much. This was 100% purely a love at first sight situation. Fell in love with the watch, loved the 1655 aesthetic, saw one in person, knew I had to have it. I did go back and forth on another Tudor for which I had the same feelings – a Ranger 39mm – but ultimately the BB Pro won out. I will likely also get a Ranger some day. Some Stream-of-Consciousness Thoughts on my New Black Bay Pro

Hey all,

Forgive me if this is the wrong forum or if it's otherwise not the right place to ask. I've had two watch purchases I've had on my radar for a very long time. A Speedmaster Pro, which I've wanted for about 20 years, and a Black Bay Pro, which I've wanted for about a year.

Confronted with looming tariffs, I figure now is as good a time as any, and I may as well stop putting this off and work up the courage and just pull the trigger on both. It's not a question of affordability…

Pre-Tariff Buying Advice – Planning on Buying a Speedmaster Pro and a Tudor Black Bay Pro. Advice Appreciated

I’ve seen occasions when people post their collections, they will have two (or more!) of the same exact model watch, but in different colorways/metals/etc. I’m wrestling with the decision to add another color variation of a watch I already have.

The watch in question is a Monta Atlas – the one I currently have is the blue variation. I REALLY like this watch, the finishing is unbelievable and the watch is about as versatile as it gets for someone who often wears dress shirts and needs…
