Consider buying this watch for my gf for an upcoming milestone. Is it in anyway realistic to buy this at msrp? I know the 41mm sells for 200% msrp..

It's a ladies size plus no rush. Can wait 6 - 9 months easily..

I have bought a BB58 in the past from the local AD but thats years ago.
