My Holy Grail of watches since I started collecting is the Vacheron Constantin 1921 Historiques slanted dial watch. It's perfectly classy, quirky, well proportioned and beautiful while staying deceptively simple. However, it will remain an unachievable dream for a long while as 36.000 CHF is just a tid bit out of my financial reach.
