While visiting my local town for some Saturday shopping I visited a couple of watch shops, one of which had an Omega Speedmaster C.1971 145.022 which caught my eye – for the wrong reasons.
The more I looked at it the worse it got, the issues that I viewed were it had no crown or pusher guards, the bracelet was made of some unidentifiable material, the font on the dial looked strange, it almost looked like it had been re cased in a non Omega case or could it be an earlier case?
Its price was £4850.

I only have one web picture which is poor and I did not notice whether the crown had a makers mark.
Am I wrong or is there an issue with this watch.
