I'll post this thread here since my primary interest is in divers, but this discussion applies to all watches. Simply, why don't more manufacturers use sapphire over mineral/coated mineral cyrstals? I understand there is a cost difference but I think it would be negligible and lead to more sales?

Why Don't More Use Sapphire?

So I've gotten the modding/building bug and since I work in IT I've also been playing with AI a lot lately.
