Here is a single button military chronograph, made by Omega for Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).

In 1960s, RCAF commissioned pilot chronograph of 6W/16 specification from five manufactures namely Lemania, Omega, Rodania, Birks and Breitling. Omega made two batches, HA-60 for 1960 or HA-62 for 1962, and both are considered to be the most valuable among collectors.
