Vintage Speedmaster Opinion

I found a vintage Omega Speedmaster from my birth year that has been overhauled by Omega with replacement case, dial, and hands. It looks essentially new. The calibre 321 movement is reported in good condition and I assume original (to be verified.) I understand collectors prefer all original, but this would be a milestone birthday gift for myself and hold more sentimental value than monetary. For reference, it’s about the same price as a new Moonwatch (not 321) and 25-40% less than original…

Sinn 105 UTC – GMT hand misaligned

The GMT hand on my Sinn 105 UTC is slightly misaligned, has been since new, and it really bugs me. I know it doesn’t look like much, but it’s even worse when it’s between hour markers. Am I being unreasonable, or should I expect more from a $2000+ watch?
I contacted Watchbuys right after I got it last fall, and the response was, “It’s within specification.”

Any suggestions? Should I contact Sinn directly? Take it to a local watchmaker for adjustment…

Speedy Tuesday? Flieger Friday? Any other “traditions?”

Are there any other days of the week traditionally associated with a specific watch brand or type?

Do any of you wear a particular watch on a particular day of the week? (This is just for fun, so those of you compelled to reply, “no, i wear what I want when I want” – this post is not for you :))

I usually wear a GMT when I’m in the office, although I’ve recently started wearing a pilot watch on Friday, keeping with tradition. (No Speedy yet.) Saturday morning chores get the G-Shock…
