Hi, I took this sturmanskie to a High Street jewellers and asked for a service as I've had it for about 10 years. All the watch functions were working, even the hacking function when you pulled the crown, which i always thought was unusual since it's a 3133. Anyway the shop telephoned me the next day saying the watch mender couldn't service it.
