Walked in with my partner who is interested in a 25mm steel constellation. Spoke to a sales rep who disappeared in the back and reappeared with a few references. Came back and said "I can't sell you any watches because all the batteries are dead" and that was that.

New purchase from Jomashop. I've previously purchased watches from them before and received SOME sort of manual/paperwork (obviously no warranty card), but this time nothing but a receipt.

Additionally I threw it on the timegrapher as a part of QC and amplitude seems a bit low for a brand new watch. Wouldn't normally care, but with no warranty I'm unsure.

Thoughts? Both of these normal?
