I keep looking for the perfect watch yet I can’t find it and need your help.

I dived into automatic and even had a custom watch but then was not happy.

I want a diver style like a SSK033 with solar, white dial with day/date or gmt. I know there is a seiko sumo with solar GMT but black, can the dial be changed? Any watches what match my criteria?
