So I have a IWC Aquatimer 2000 Titanium that was running so bad the timegrapher couldn’t even record anything! So I took it to a local watchmaker and he diagnosed it with a broken main spring. So he replaced the spring and did a service as it had never been serviced.
I get it back and check and it is running 0 sec a day I am happy. Start to wear it and it is gaining 5 -10 sec a day. Is this acceptable or should I take it back and have him adjust the balance spring? The guy who did the…
