Just had a bloke reverse into my car smashing the front headlight and cracking the bumper. His insurance company has sent me an email saying they can deal with the claim directly and provide me with a courtesy car, have no excess to pay, lifetime guarantee on repair work and free pick up and delivery of my repaired car.

My question is are there any downsides to using his insurance company. For context he reversed his car into mine and he’s admitted responsibility.
