I bought a Casio A168 and an F-91W (latter yet to arrive) from: https://www.zalando.no/casio-a168wa-1yes-sportsklokker-solv-c15-dzw-0021-99.html
I don't know have the site fares internationally, but in Scandinavia they're a big online fashion store. They were coincidentally also the only place where I could find both watches locally at retail price and with fast shipping.
