I’m looking for suggestions for a ~$1000 everyday watch with a quick adjust/on the fly bracelet.

• approximately $1000. If it’s a bit over and perfect, that’s okay
• must have an on the fly adjustable bracelet clasp
• for a 16.25cm wrist, so on the smaller side. I try to go for < 47mm lug to lug if possible.
• everyday/GADA type watch

$1000 everyday with quick adjust bracelet recommendations

I’m researching for a purchase later in the year. I’ve watched so many videos and read so many articles on the watches I’m interested in, went to the store to try a number of them on and basically everything I thought was going to happen was the opposite.

• BB54 was going to be too small – it fit great
• IWC Mark XX was going to be too big – surprisingly also fit great
• I was going to love the black lacquer Aqua Terra – but thought it looked boring
• Barely gave the Tudor Pelgaos…

How often do you buy a watch without trying it on first?

I’m looking to add my first luxury, at least to me, watch to my collection. I currently only have two other watches and so am looking to round out my 3 watch collection with a complementary piece.
