I am coming around on this watch (especially the new one with no date), however what keeps me from buying one is the "skeletonized" hands.

Why do the hands look this way? The look like the are non-authorized replacements installed by someone who has never visited Switzerland.

My original introduction to this watch was the 2254.5 "Peter Blake" with the sword hands.

Can someone tell be about the history of this watch and how these ugly hands found their way onto what otherwise very nice…

Does anyone have experience with these?

I have heard they used to make the bracelets for Omega.

The reason I ask is I have never been happy with the bracelet that came with my 3861 (from an aesthetic perspective) and prefer the look of the original flat link style bracelet on the Speedmaster.

I worry they bracelet might feel mismatched/of dissimilar quality if I put it on my 3861.

Any one know the history of this brand and if their products are good?

If I need to use Loctite, is red or blue the best for a bracelet?

I love the Chronomaster 01.0240.410 so much, I bought in both the silver and black dial versions.

I keep the watches on winder as the complications are too hard to set from scratch. I know this is controversial, but it is what it is.

The black dial is starting to have some problems as it seems to stop keeping time every two weeks or so.

I want to send this watch in for service and am looking for suggestions/recommendation. Many watchmakers will not service this watch due to parts…
