Not a vintage expert, but I was told upon purchase of this Tuna that it has all new seals. That's all I really know as it's my only Seiko that is pre-2000's. One of the few 9F Grand Seiko's that is properly sized for a man's wrist at 40mm with 20mm lug spacing. Bracelet is sized for a 19cm wrist (and somewhat loose at that) and also comes with an extra half link. Should fit up to an 8" wrist (If you can live without the bracelet, it's yours for $1750).

For a decade+ old watch, this piece presents nearly new. If you own, or have ever owned or worn, an EZM 1.1 or 1.1S, this wears identically, save for a bit lower on the wrist.
