Is there any merit in thinking that a pre-owned, five digit sub would be more desirable than the new six digit offering, as they were made to be repairable, with parts readily available by competent watchmakers? Contrast this with newer watches just plugging in new parts instead of repairing? Maybe I’m thinking too much… what do you think?
