I need to get my office/outbuilding re-roofed as the current man-made fibre tiles have gone porous and we are getting water seeping through …

The pitch is 16 degrees which is low. I am thinking of having this done with natural slate so it will match the house and the other outbuilding also in shot … usually I believe they recommend a minimum pitch for slate at 20 degrees and they adjust the overlap of the tiles to be greater on the lower pitch.

Will the slates work at 16 degrees or should I be looking at an alternative solution??

I see it is free to sell on eBay now …

But if I look at my listing its more expensive that the figure I said when I listed it so I assume eBay have added some sort of buyers premium which looks like 3.9%

The item I have listed is bulky so its collection only and I am expecting them to pay cash on collection so what happens about eBays 3.9%??

I often see these terms interchanged and wondered if there is a formal or accepted definition of either or both …

So what defines the two and are they effectively two descriptions of the same thing?
