I bought a Swiss Air Force Titanium Automatic watch about 18 years ago. Didn’t wear it very often so it is in near mint condition. Went to put it one day and it wouldn’t wind. I assumed it was maybe the main spring. I sent it to Victorinox in Connecticut to have them service it as the watch had never been serviced.
