So had my house on the market since the start of the year, turned down 2 offers so far but yesterday and today I’ve had 2 2nd viewings.
1st viewing, middle aged single man using cash and borrowing the deficit from his dad but has not yet submitted an offer even though he came across really keenly as did his dad.
2nd viewing, retired couple who have submitted a very good offer but they are in a chain of another 2 sales which includes a 1st time buyer.

I’ve asked for more details of the chain but am I in my rights to ask the agent to inform the other person of the offer? In an ideal world I’d prefer less of a chain if I was going to sell…

Any thoughts?
