For sale is my Heuer Carrera with lovely peach patina. You will not find another like this for sale – I can only imagine that this will develop a deeper patina as it continues to age. During my ownership I added the bracelet from Heuertime which has fitted end links and really adds to the vintage charm. Also included is the original strap, Heuer branded buckle and box.

This Tudor Submariner is the perfect vintage watch to me. The lume is all clean and matches and the case shows all the original lines plus signs that it was well loved. Tudor Submariner “Snowflake” 94010 from 1979

For sale is my Rolex Explorer II 16550 “Porcelain Dial” from 1986 (serial: 8957XXX).

This was purchased from Jacek at tropical watch in April and hasn’t gotten the wrist time it deserves so it’s time for a new owner. It is running well and I can provide a timegrapher reading upon request as well as pics of the movement. Rolex Explorer II 16550 “Porcelain Dial” from 1986

Back when Rolex parts accounts were open books these conversions were much more common to find than they are today. The premise is simple, you take the case of a 1018 Rolex Oyster Perpetual which sports the same 1570 caliber movement found in the Explorer I, and you swap the dial and hands, find a domed crystal and you’ve pretty much got an Explorer lite.
