The time has almost come to pass my watch down which was purchased new by me in 2005.
I wore the watch for 10 years before it was retired for a Hulk.

It’s never been serviced or polished but I have replaced the original bracelet with a period correct new one which has the same clasp code.
The bracelet was only worn a handful of times so still retains the tight blades on the clasp.

I’ll be asking to retain the dial and hands but I’m undecided about replacing the insert.
Do the service inserts have a thinner font like 70s subs when they were replaced?
If it’s like for like that’s fine, I’m not expecting a flat 4 that some have managed to obtain at service but that would be a bonus.
