looking for my first Rolex. Looking to spend about under 10k. I have OP 41, explorer 1 in 40mm , milgauss Black dial GV and the new air king in mind.

I’m not sure which to go for. I dress more casual and work as an ophthalmology tech and wedding photographer. So want a watch that can fit most occasion and not a scratch magnet .

so far I have omega moon watch, Cartier santo dumont XL , and JLC master control moonphase. So wondering which would be a good add for the collection

Thinking to get my first Rolex. Not too much of a Rolex fan but would like one to add it to the collection for the 1 watch 1 brand.

Looking at 40mm plus size and these 3 caught my interests.

OP blue dial 41mm
2022 version Air King
and Milgauss black dial GV.

Some did say add explorer 1 to the list. but the case and movement is the same as OP and price high then the OP. just the dial is different.

Want to suggestion or feedback from owners of these watches.

First Rolex, OP, Air King, or Milgauss

I have the JLC and got it in a very good price. my wife, however, said i should sell the JLC and get the new version Rolex Air King. she said its a higher resale value. The Air King would eventually be added since I like to collect watches with air or space theme to it.

plus my other watch friend say i should sell the JLC and get the Rolex while the prices its down now before it goes up again in the second handmarket.

what do you guys think
